How to Fix “No Internet” Errors on Wi-Fi

If your device is connected to Wi-Fi but shows “No Internet,” the issue may be with the router, DNS, or gateway. 

Steps to Resolve No Internet on Wi-Fi 

     1. Restart Your Device and Router 

a. Power cycle both your computer and the Wi-Fi router. 

     2. Forget and Reconnect to the Network 

a. Go to Wi-Fi settings, select the network, and click Forget. 

b. Reconnect and re-enter the password. 

     3. Check DNS Settings 

a. Go to Network Adapter Settings > Properties > IPv4. 

b. Use Google DNS: 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4. 

     4. Test with Another Device 

a. If other devices also show “No Internet,” report the issue to IT.
