VPN access allows secure remote connection to your company’s network. 

Steps to Request VPN Access 

     1. Check Eligibility 

a. Confirm with your manager or HR that you’re approved for remote access. 

     2. Submit a VPN Request 

a. Use the help desk portal or email IT support. 

     3. Install VPN Software 

a. Follow instructions provided by IT (e.g., Cisco AnyConnect, Fortinet). 

     4. Test Your Connection 

a. Connect to the VPN and verify access to internal resources.
