How Do I Share Delegate Access to My Cloudflare Account?

Cloudflare allows you to grant limited access to your account through Cloudflare Members (Team Members), so trusted partners like us can help manage your DNS settings, security, and site performance without sharing your password.

Follow the steps below to add us as a delegate. Please use the email: [email protected]


Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Log In to Your Cloudflare Account

    Go to https://dash.cloudflare.com and sign in with your credentials.

  2. Select the Account or Site

    Choose the domain or account you want to share access for.

  3. Go to “Members”

    From the left-hand menu, click on Members.

    • If you are managing multiple accounts, click the Account Home in the top left, then select Members under Account Settings.

  4. Invite a New Member

    Click the Invite Members button.

  5. Enter Delegate Email and Role

    • Enter the email address: [email protected]

    • Assign a role based on the level of access you want to provide:

      • Administrator: Full access to all features and settings.

      • DNS Editor: Manage DNS settings only.

      • Billing: Manage billing settings.

    For most management tasks, DNS Editor is recommended.

  6. Send Invitation

    Click Invite to send the invite.


After Inviting

  • We will receive an email invitation to join your Cloudflare account.

  • Once accepted, we can assist you with managing your Cloudflare settings.

  • You can revoke or modify access anytime from the Members page.
