Delegate access allows you to securely share access to your GoDaddy account with trusted partners, like our team, without sharing your password. This lets us help manage your domains, billing, and products on your behalf.

Step-by-Step Instructions
Log In to Your GoDaddy Account
Visit GoDaddy and sign in with your account credentials.
Access Account Settings
Click your name or profile icon in the upper-right corner, then select Account Settings from the dropdown menu.
Go to Delegate Access
In the Account Settings page, find and click on Delegate Access in the left-hand menu.
Invite a Delegate
Under People who can access my account, click Invite to Access.
Enter Delegate Information
Enter the email address: [email protected]
Select the access level:
Products & Domains — allows managing products and domains but not billing.
Billing — allows managing billing and purchases.
For general domain and product management, choose Products & Domains.
Send Invitation
Click Invite to send the access invitation.
What Happens Next?
We will receive an email invitation to accept delegate access.
Once accepted, we can assist you with domain and product management tasks.
You can remove or update delegate access anytime from the same Delegate Access page.
