Resetting Your Voicemail PIN or Password
- Dial your own phone number or press the voicemail button.
- Enter your current pin (or press * if prompted)
- To reset:
- For GrandStream: Dial *97 then follow the prompts
- For 3CX: dial into your voicemail and use the prompts, or you can submit a request to us to reset it from the 3CX Management Console
- For Microsoft Teams or Cisco WebEx Calling: You may change PIN via the web portal or app settings, or you can submit a request to us to reset it from the Administration Portal.
