Requesting a Change to Call Routing or Auto Attendants

For when you need to change hours, menu options, or ring strategies
 

  1. Submit a ticket via Support Portal (or Calling in if urgent) 
    • Include: 
      • Main Phone Number that needs routing changes 
      • Current flow 
      • Desired changes 
      • Any schedule changes 
      • Most changes are completed within 1–3 business days.
