How to Set Up a New Phone or User Extension
- Submit a request through our support portal
- Provide:
- User’s First and Last Name
- Extension number (if applicable)
- Location/Address
- Desired Features (voicemail, call forward, etc.)
- Our team will provision and test the set up before completing the request.
