Steps to Report a Technical Issue
1. Describe the Problem Clearly
a. Include screenshots, error messages, or affected systems.
2. Note When It Started
a. Include the date/time and whether it’s intermittent or constant.
3. Check If It’s Already Logged
a. Ask your PM if the issue is being tracked.
