Call Forwarding: How to Forward or Unforward Your Calls
- To forward your phone calls please see the step for the system you have:
- GrandStream: Dial *72 then the destination phone number you want to have calls forwarded to. Dial *73 to cancel the call forward.
- 3CX: In your web client click on the “Settings” button the in the left hand menu and then “Call Forwarding”. Click on any one of the status options to configure your call forwarding rules for that status.
- Microsoft Teams: Open the Teams app, click the Calling Button on the left pane, at the bottom left of the window, you should see “Don’t forward”. Click the hyperlinked text and specify your forwarding destination.
- Cisco WebEx: Sign in to User Hub
- Go to Settings > Calling > Call Setting
- Go to the Call Forwarding section and turn on the toggle
- Select the call forwarding options that serve your need.
